1. Conduct & Behavior

● Treat all residents and staff with respect.
● No violence, threats, or harassment of any kind.
● Illegal substances and criminal activity are strictly prohibited.

2. Cleanliness

● Bedrooms must be kept clean and organized.

● Dishes must be washed after each use.

● Trash must be disposed of properly.

● Shared areas must be left clean after use.

3. Visitors

● Visitor policies vary by location and must be approved by staff.

● Overnight guests are not permitted.

4. Quiet Hours

● Quiet hours: 9pm-7:30am

● Residents are expected to respect the comfort of others at all times.

5. Personal Belongings

● Residents are responsible for their own items.

● No weapons of any kind are allowed on the property.

6. Smoking / Vaping

● Permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

7. Payments

● Weekly or monthly housing fees must be paid on time.

● Late payments may result in warnings or removal from the program.

8. Compliance

● Failure to follow rules may result in disciplinary action or discharge to maintain the safety of the household.
